SCROLL DOWN

Developers, landlords and tenants are increasingly aware of the need for inclusive access for both the public and employees. Building values and a development’s marketability can depend in part, on how accessible a building is, in relation to both current and emerging standards. Tenants and landlords will be concerned to know whether the development they are considering meets their obligations under the Equality Act 2010.

Through our involvement with the design at each stage, DBA is able to provide the professional reassurances that are necessary as demonstrated by our access report audit trail. If required DBA can work with staff representatives to ensure effective consultation using a range of well-tried consultation methods to ensure productive discussion. As is often the case, consultancy at an early design stage will provide the best outcome, enhancing project values and business potential.
